This week was a little slow for freebies from the mail. I think the only thing I got was a full size 56 page cookbook (with great pics) called "Fresh Ideas for US Catfish" from US farm raised catfish. While the actual cookbook freebie is no longer available you can go to this website and find some great recipes for catfish that you can download! I only know how to fry it so I am excited to hopefully find some healthy recipes that we will all love.

With a lot of these fun freebies you have to be one of the first to get to the site or you will miss out. This particular site said they only gave out the cookbook I got to the first 5,000 and they had over 35,000 requests!
