What not to say to someone with a loved one deployed.

Oh the times I wish I had a print out of this... Top 10 things not to say to someone with a loved one in the military on deployment. I wish I could have just passed this out daily people make the most ignorant comments when you are dealing with a deployment. My answers to some of these statements and questions are a bit more harsh however. For example the one that says something like I could never do that how do you? I would miss my husband too much.... well I guess I just love my husband more than do you do so I CAN do it or I love my country more than you or My husband is fighting right now as we speak so you have the freedom to say ignorant things like that. Anyway for the army wives out there and for those who aren't read this and take it in. Just about the ONLY thing you can or should say to someone with a loved one deployed is ask if they need help or want some company maybe, or don't ask just come over and bring dinner. Offer to watch their kids so they can have a day of walking around with no kids on their hips. Just try and remember this... Also if you are an army wife then this will help you remember that you are not the only on who is getting crazy people talking to you. I guess it is like being pregnant and people thinking they can touch your stomach because there is a baby in there... whats wrong with you people keep your hands to yourself lol anyway people have no manners and you are not the first or the last so just hang in there until the end.
